Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine seasonings in small bowl. Completely cover roast with seasoning mixture. Place roast in shallow baking pan.
  2. Depending on size of roast, cook 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours or until done (internal temp 155°F). Let sit 5 to 10 minutes before carving.
