2 pound Fresh Chicken Wings
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 °F. Cover rack of broiler pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut off wing tips; discard. Cut remaining wing into two parts at joint. Combine ketchup, oil, vinegar, honey, hot sauce and pepper flakes in medium bowl. Dip chicken into mixture, coating well. Place on foil-lined pan.
- Bake wings, turning once, 35 minutes or until done (internal temp 170 °F) and edges begin to crisp.
