These simple pork kabobs are a cookout favorite. Cubed pork, bell peppers, onion and a little seasoning is all it takes to create this taste of the Southwest.

  • 4 , trimmed, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 large onion, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-hot. If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 20 minutes before using. Toss pork cubes with seasoning in resealable plastic bag until pork is evenly coated. Thread pork cubes, alternating with pepper and onion pieces, onto skewers.
  2. Grill kabobs, turning occasionally, until pork is nicely browned and done (internal temp 155°F).
