  • 4 , 3/4-inch thick
  • 1/4 cup thick and chunky hot salsa
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine salsa, water, marmalade and seasoned salt in resealable plastic bag; blend well. Add pork chops; refrigerate 1 hour.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-hot. Remove chops from marinade; discard leftover marinade. Grill chops, turning once, about 8-12 minutes or until done (internal temp 155° F).
