1/4 cup thick and chunky hot salsa
2 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon orange marmalade
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Combine salsa, water, marmalade and seasoned salt in resealable plastic bag; blend well. Add pork chops; refrigerate 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-hot. Remove chops from marinade; discard leftover marinade. Grill chops, turning once, about 8-12 minutes or until done (internal temp 155° F).
