Ingredients

  • 22 ounce Fully Cooked Frozen Grilled Chicken Breast Strips

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar

  • 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 2 tablespoon sriracha sauce

  • 2 tablespoon creamy peanut butter

  • 10 ounce spring green lettuce blend

  • 2 medium carrots, shredded

  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts

  • 1/4 cup almonds, slivered, toasted

Cooking Instructions

  • Prepare Grilled & Ready chicken breast strips according to package directions.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha sauce and peanut butter until blended.  Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine salad greens, carrots, mushrooms, sprouts, and chicken.  Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.  Sprinkle with almonds and serve immediately.
