Ingredients
1/4 cup Thai peanut salad dressing
2 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
12 ounce broccoli slaw mix
2 cup sugar snap peas, halved
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Cooking Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine salad dressing, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
- In a large bowl mix Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips, broccoli slaw, sugar snap peas and cilantro.
- Add dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 15 minutes.
