Ingredients

  • 12 ounce Grilled Chicken Breast Strips (Refrigerated)

  • 1/4 cup Thai peanut salad dressing

  • 2 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 12 ounce broccoli slaw mix

  • 2 cup sugar snap peas, halved

  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Cooking Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine salad dressing, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.  Mix thoroughly and set aside.
  • In a large bowl mix Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips, broccoli slaw, sugar snap peas and cilantro. 
  • Add dressing and toss to coat.  Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 15 minutes.
