  • 2 pounds
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 8 hamburger buns, split

Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Cut star shapes from cheese slices with cookie cutter, or freehand.
  2. Preheat grill to medium. Lightly shape ground beef into eight 1/2-inch thick patties. 
  3. Grill burgers, uncovered and turning occasionally, 11 to 13 minutes to medium doneness (internal temp 160°F) or until no longer pink in center. About 1 minute before burgers are done, top with cheese stars.
