Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-hot. Wash hands. Gently mix together ground pork and seasonings; shape into four burgers, each about 3/4-inch thick. Wash hands.
  • Place burgers on grill. Cover and cook, turning once, about 10 minutes or until done (internal temp 155°F).
