  • 1 pound
  • 1 package fettuccine pasta, 12-oz., uncooked
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 package frozen vegetable mix, 16-oz.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup black olives, pitted and sliced

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Add frozen vegetables to pasta for last 5 minutes of cook time; return to boil and cook until vegetables are fork tender. Drain pasta and vegetables.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium. Rinse ice glaze off chicken and pat dry. Add chicken to skillet. Sprinkle with basil and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until done (internal temp 170°F).
  3. Add pasta and vegetables to skillet with chicken. Add dressing. Mix well; cook until heated through. Add cheese and olives; toss to coat pasta.
