1 package fettuccine pasta, 12-oz., uncooked
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 package frozen vegetable mix, 16-oz.
1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Add frozen vegetables to pasta for last 5 minutes of cook time; return to boil and cook until vegetables are fork tender. Drain pasta and vegetables.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium. Rinse ice glaze off chicken and pat dry. Add chicken to skillet. Sprinkle with basil and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until done (internal temp 170°F).
- Add pasta and vegetables to skillet with chicken. Add dressing. Mix well; cook until heated through. Add cheese and olives; toss to coat pasta.
